ON-OKURI (Altruism)

 

Kindness, anger, and my own regrets that I receive in life. Sometimes I am healed, sometimes I am resentful, and sometimes

I carry an irresistible frustration, but there is the existence of great nature. I am in a place where various emotions are stirred—threat and awe, reverence and gratitude.

If I am a powerless being who is just allowed to live, at least I want to face myself through creative activities, and walk an artistic path where that energy can travel through my work and circulate somewhere.

This is the "ON-OKURI" that I think of.

恩送り (アルトルイズム)

 

人生で受け取る、優しさや怒り、自らの悔悟。 時に癒され、時に憤り、時に抗えないもどかしさを抱えていますが,

さらに大自然の存在があります。 脅威や畏怖、畏敬や感謝、様々な感情を掻き立てられるところに自分はいる。

何もできない、生かされてる存在ならば、せめて創作活動で自分に向き合い、作品を通じてそのエネルギーがどこかで巡り、循環していけるようなアートの道を歩いていきたい。

これが、私の考える「恩送り」です。
